| Whole Beans | | | Costa Rica Helsar de ZarceroComing from the Llano Bonito de Naranjo region in the West Valley of Costa Rica, this exquisite coffee has quite a reputation. The Helsar de Zarcero mill is well-known for its meticulous quality and sustainabile farming practices. Wet-processing allows the natural sweetness of the coffee to shine. Perfectly-ripened orange juiciness provides a lush round quality in the cup that is remarkably delicious. It is the favorite on the menu for November!
 {sweet, orange juiciness, honey}
 Ethiopia HarrarThe only natural-process coffee on our November menu, the Harrar is distinguished by its heavy body. A great after-dinner coffee, raspberry acidity and semi-sweet chocolate bitterness compliment the intriguing clove-spice finish.
 {raspberry, clove, semi-sweet chocolate}
 Papua New GuineaA special treat from Tribal Aromas, as there are no roads leading to the area, this coffee has to be air-lifted out of the region before it is sent to our roaster. With a silky mouthfeel, sweet malt flavor and slightly smoky finish, it could be likened to a Scotch whiskey. Smooth and low in acidity, this wet-process coffee makes a pleasant afternoon pick-me-up.
 {pistachio, Cordial Brandy, oak-aged scotch}
